Biggest psychological experience of my life

1. You can change your thoughts, feelings, you can stop hating someone, you can stop being jelous. Its all a matter of doing it and changing the habit.

Once u do it u can do it more often and more easily with passage of time.

You can decide to entertain or not to entertain a thought, will take years of hard work but will produce ten times many years of enlightened wise life.
